- - [voiceover] the woodwhisperer is sponsored by powermatic. - this past holidayseason was a tough one. our family suffered three great losses. one of those was my uncle, tom. one of the nicest guysyou could ever meet. took me to my first baseball game, just a great all-around guy. unfortunately, we lost him to cancer.
i had the opportunity to build a memorial box for my aunt, robin, so that she could puthis cremains in there, as well as, cards and things, and memorabilia that she wants, so, it would have a lid that would open. i was under a time crunch to do it. i had about two days toget this project done. i was in a interestingmindset at the time,
but my instincts kicked into just turn on the camera, film what i could, andi didn't really know what i was gonna do with that footage. i have that footage here for you today. i'm not gonna do my normalinstructional voiceover. i'm just gonna show youhow it all went down, so you could see the process for yourself. but, this is not one of mymost instructional videos, so, hopefully, you'llget something out of it,
as you see a project come together, from design to execution,over the course of two days. i just poured my heart and soul into it, and made somethin' thati thought would be worthy of my uncle's memory, that my aunt and other family members could see and enjoy. hopefully, it'll serve that purpose. let's get into it.
