i made 3d board #11 and got a scrap i will make another board with the walnut border i have to mill a curved line i will make this in two stages if i will make one cut the inner and outer radius will differ each other by the diameter of the bit the milling depth will be 40 mm it is not easy to find a small radius bit of such a length i have to make two cuts from different sides of the curve the 1st cut

the 2nd cut i have end mill bits of 42 mm working length i will make a board an oval shape so i may screw the corners and then cut them off thus i got totally accurate connection first i will glue supporting rails because the clamps can break the narrow walnut boards i will glue 10 strips at once i place light strips at the edges near the dark walnut

align the edges of walnut parts clamp slowely i will wait half an hour and will glue the other strips there is a lot of glue so i will wait at least a night i will make an oval board 400 mm long and 300 or 280 mm wide i have many oval templates

i think 400x280 mm will be good i will place it diagonally
