here is an instructional video of how to puttogether a log store. when you receive your log store, it will comepackaged in a bundle like this. cut the straps and lay out all of the pieces.it also helps if you lay out all of the screws and plates on a tray for ease of use.some sections are screwed together with black screws that need removing. firstly find the base of the structure, it’sthe one with the support feet, lay it on its edge and either side of it screw the sidepieces using the five by ninety millimetres screws. these pieces are the ones with hinges;ensure that the top of the base i.e. the floor is flush with the bottom horizontal plankon the side pieces

then take the square profile lintel straightin the two sides and place it so it rests on the highest cross member, screwing it inwith the five by eighty millimetre screws. lift the store onto its feet and insert thelower back panel. screw it into place using the four by forty five millimetres screws.repeat the process for the upper section. then fit two metal brace plates to the centreand base of the rear panels using the four by twenty millimetre screws. the facia plates are in two parts, the longerparts have a slanted edge which should be fitted in line with the roof using the fourby forty five millimetre screws. it helps to secure the top two before straighteningthe structure and then screw the bottom screw

in. the lower section is fitted directly under. fit a metal brace plate to the rear of thefacia plates using the four by twenty millimetre screws joining them together. take the two roof pieces and line them up.take the smaller l shaped roof edge trims and place them on top leaving a seventy millimetregap in the centre. attach these by using the four by forty five millimetre screws. in themiddle of the two roof pieces fit the roof cover strip with the four by forty five millimetrescrews. either side of the roof, fit the larger twot shaped roof trims using the four by forty five millimetre screws ensuring the sectionsline up.

lift the completed roof onto the log store.be careful this can be heavy ensuring that all of the ridges slot over the sides of thestructure. screw each edge of the roof onto the edge of the log store using the four byforty millimetres screws making sure the screws go into the slats. lastly fit four, five bysixty millimetre screws up through the lintel into the front of the roof section. there you go, you brand new log store is completeawaiting a delivery of high quality kiln dried fire logs.
